I have arthritis and it does help, it has given me relief in several problem areas. I do not think it does any harm and the pharmacist in our store said it could be returned if it did not work.

As a retired RN, I was more than hesitant to try this product, my husband bought it for me because I suffer from chronic pain. I have used it on my back, my hip, my sciatic nerve, my deltoid, my upper arm, and my elbow. I have to adjust the strength depending upon the area but I have not been disappointed. I have found that when nothing ELSE helps my back, this stops the pain. I had my husband use it for back pain and he was astounded at how well it worked.

I would absolutely recommend this device to someone with pain. It is imperative that you follow directions but I believe it is a great over the counter product.

Excellent product

I bought the kit with controller for my wife a number of years ago. It helped her for a little while, but she didn't really like it. Then this year I started using it for my back, I have arthritis in my back. The pads seemed not to stick as much as they used to, so I ordered new ones. Then I read how to clean the original pads & they worked better. So as yet I haven't used the new ones but I now have them.

great for back pain

These pads get the job done, but it is a stretch for Omron to say they last 150 times.  Even doing the maintenance they recommend, (washing and overnight in the fridge), you'd be hard-pressed to use these for 100 times.

Good but not as long-lasting as advertised.

I purchased 6 sets of replacement pads for my units. After 3-4 uses the gel started lifting at the bottom. Omron did replace 2 sets, however they have the same lot number and dates as the bad ones. I'm afraid I have all bad sets. Tonight another pad had its get goopy after using. Love the units, original pads were great but replacement pads are not of good quality.

Issue with gel on the pads

I brought this about three or months ago.. But i have trouble with pad. It looks like it melted a lil where it snap to the cord

I thought I would love this item. I was so happy to get it, then the so called "Long Life" pads wore out about the 20th use. The unit only has 3 settings and 3 speeds. The pads are stated to last over 100 uses. NOT TRUE. Then to really eat your money it cost half of what the unit costs to get replacement "Long Life" pads that sadly do not last as long as they should either. Omron does not care about the product they produce. I have contacted them twice and as expected no reply.

Pads Don't Last Do Not Buy

The device does a great job and is very powerful but I bought this because it specifically says last up to 200+ uses but it doesn't. Nowhere close to that. I bought this product as a gift for my husband and he used it weekly and so after about 24 uses I needed replacements.

Life long...No

I used these pad about 5 times when the gel came loose from the pad. It was unusable at that time. I am not happy with this product at all. Also, the Electro Therapy unit looses it's battery potency fast. I am not happy with this product at all.
