This cream is definitely pearlescent and will leave you glowing if that is what your in search of...you have found it. I like more of a dewy tone to my skin, not shimmer. I am in my early 40&#39;s and need a little more hydration at this stage of life and for me this cream lacked that very important factor. I would put on top of your regular moisturizer if dry skin is an issue. Oily skin would love this cream and possibly some combo textures as well, but keep in mind most oily skin likes to keep the shine away. I know when I was younger with oily skin luminous, pearlescent, and glow were bad words....smells divine though. Best of luck!

Since you mentioned that you have combination skin I would suggest trying one of our oil-free moisturizers, like the Olay Regenerist Regenerating Serum: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Olay-Regenerist-Regenerating-Serum-1.7-fl-oz/4383682, which is not only oil-free it also has an amino-peptide + B3 complex, which penetrates deep under your skin's surface to fight the look of tired skin. While the Olay Regenerist Luminous Tone Perfecting Cream Moisturizer is an excellent moisturizer it is not oil-free.

Olay does it again with an outstanding moisturizer that is light as a breeze, but works overtime brightening and removing those pesky aging brown marks. I love the entire Regenerist line, but love this moisturizer the most. Plump, even skin tone, flawless! Love it!

I have been using the Olay Regenerist Tone Perfecting Moisturizer for a little over 2 weeks now and I love it. It goes on so smoothly and absorbs into your skin and doesn't leave your skin feeling sticky. I can tell a difference in my dark spots, just barely, but I can tell they are lighter. I love the way it feels on my skin.

After using this for a few dsys the acne went away and it even smoothed out the dark spots left by the acne. I have used Oil of Olay since my early 20's for moisturizing (now 57) and have always been pleased with the product. I spent a lot of time in the sun and now my fair skin is paying for it. Olay Regenerist Luminous Tone Perfecting Cream works. It didn't eliminate my age/sun spots, but it did noticibly lighten them. It took about 2 months for results, so you have to be patient.
