Works, but my dogs didn't seem to care for it. I worked with them several days, and they just didn't seem to feel the need for it. My dogs are older, as am I so we stopped trying. Perhaps a younger dog and owner would have more success. I also found the same item for several $$ less on other sites, therefore the three stars on value. 06/02/2009
