Rated 1 out of 5 by Barb121375 Poor Quality I ordered this doll online as a Christmas gift with another doll from the same series for my cousins daughters. On Christmas Eve when the doll was unwrapped and we tried to get the doll out of the packaging, her long blue hair came completely off. We were not sure if it was supposed to do this (is it supposed to be a wig?) as there is no evidence of glue or anything else that would have held the hair in place to begin with, but in proceeding to get the doll out of the package, the dolls head fell off. We got the dolls head snapped back on to the body, but the hair does not stay on her head. This seems like an odd feature if the hair is supposed to be detachable? It just sets on there, there is no way to secure it in place. The second doll for the other little girl came out of the box with no arms. We found the arms in the package and put them on the doll but one arm keeps falling off and won't stay on securely. I felt like the price I paid was comparable to other popular dolls, but the quality of the Novi Star dolls is very poor and what I would expect from a dollar store toy. 12/26/2012
