I don't recommend! I usually am not a hard one to please...but this product was terrible!I received it and put it together... yet it was very wobbly and seemed like there should be an additional screw holding things together?I ordered this for a wedding reception I was holding at my venue and upon cocktail hour starting, the machine started to make a terrible screeching noise.... once we got that to go away the chocolate would only flow down one side of the fountain... We ended up taking the "fountain" part off and just using the base for the reception to keep the chocolate warm!VERY disappointed in this product. I will say that I took it back to my local Walmart store and they were very accommodating in my return.I am not sure if I got a defective one, but I was very unhappy. 05/20/2008
