Little disappointed Was a little disappointed that it didn't have the keep warm feature that these had had in the pastthis was second one we've had in 6 years but this one lets the popcorn go cold.Emailed the company but they said they don't do this feature anymore so as soon as youpop the corn you can't let it sit it goes cold--so you can't more than you are using right thenunless you like cold popcorn. 08/19/2011
The best popcorn I purchased this product over the internet without seeing it. It was a Christmas present for my husband who is crazy about popcorn and football. It arrived as scheduled by UPS, it was neatly and safely boxed, it was exactly what it appeared as on line and it was very easy to assemble, just a few parts. It makes the very BEST popcorn. I only wished it came with a couple samples. My husband loves it...the family loves it. I would highly recommend it. 01/06/2011
Popcorn Anyone? Quality of product is very nice and sturdy. Do not settle for the less expensive ones because the wheels and parts, etc. are made of a cheap yellow plastic and not as attractive. We found that when you pop 1 batch vs. 2 batches at a time there are less unpopped kernels. Love it! 01/01/2011
Works fine, sloppy craftmanship. The popcorn maker works fine but the way the parts fit together was sloppy. The glass door didn't sit the way it showed on the box because the preinstalled hinges weren't lined up properly at the factory. Poor Quality Control. In my opinion, for the price it should have looked better made. 01/02/2012
