Keep your child safe and secure in the 3-in-1 Metal Superyard by North States. The versatile, six-panel enclosure can act as a portable play yard, a gate or a barrier. As a play yard, it encloses up to 10 square feet and is 30 inches high. The 3-in-1 Metal Superyard is free-standing and sets up in seconds, it can be used inside on a variety of floor surfaces and won't slip or scratch. For added convenience, the 3-in-1 Metal Superyard can also be hardware mounted as an extra-wide barrier in your home or a gate, blocking off fireplaces, displays, etc. The one swinging walk-thru panel is built with a child-proof double-locking system allowing easy access. If you'd like to increase the overall diameter, a two-panel extension is available separately.

Rated 4 out of 5 by kcml happy with product We got this item to keep our 15-month old safe from our wood burning stove. We were pleased with the materials the "gate" is made out of. It came out of the box ready to use, can be articulated to the shape we need, and is very stable. The way our stove and house is set up, we have not had to attach the hardware to the wall to keep the gate in place. We may need to as our boy gets older. As of now this keeps our son a safe distance from the stove and it is still easy to add wood as needed. This has been money well spent for the piece of mind it has given us. 10/12/2009
Rated 3 out of 5 by MxDia23 I purchased this gate to protect my Christmas tree from a very active 2 1/2yr old. Set up was easy and I like the material but it seemed to make my son more eager to mess with the tree. It wasn't as big as I would've like it to be. I wanted to just keep it maybe to use as a playpen but I actually returned it to purchase some Christmas gifts. In my opinion this product is a bit overpriced for what you get. All in all it's a nice set if you have smaller children. My son is too strong and active and was actually pushing the gate to his desired position even though it was in a locked position.Not for me. 12/09/2011

Rated 5 out of 5 good investment We have a wide stairway that is open for the first 4 steps on one side. We wanted to block off the stairway from a baby learning to walk, but didn't want to block the entire hallway. The Superyard works perfectly. It looks nice and is very sturdy. We didn't need the entire length, so we took 2 of the sections out. To be honest, I could not figure out how to do that by looking at the directions, but my husband did it quickly with no issues. It attaches easily and securely to the wall. I didn't plan to spend so much on a gate, but it is well worth it, especially since we plan to use it for years assuming we have another little one. 04/19/2013
