Rated 3 out of 5★ by CriticalUser Adequate, simple exerciser at a low price. This is a no-frills machine that functions as a simple exercycle with the added feature of an arm exerciser. It arrives unassembled and the bolt heads are so soft that assembly is something of a chore. The pedals and handholds are not belt- or gear-driven but rotate freely and you adjust the tension with simple friction knobs. Basic as this machine is, it will give you a pretty good workout and it takes up less space -- and is much lighter -- than a standard exercycle. It has no seat -- the height of the unit is adjustable and you just use a chair of a comfortable height. To call this a "Total Body Exerciser" is pretty far-fetched and it doesn't have either the appearance or the feel of a real piece of gym equipment, but if you want something that is low-priced, compact, and fairly effective, this machine might suit you. Be advised that if you are disappointed with it, Walmart will not take it back; you are buying this through a vendor whose return policy excludes unassembled products. 10/21/2011
Rated 3 out of 5★ by fuzzytoe This product is not sturdy enough. Parts don't fit together snugly and wobble. Also, was shipped without all the parts. I would recommend strengthening the connections and making the joints fit more snugly. Then it would be a great product and the price would be great also. 03/05/2012
