Unlike cast iron, the pan works well on flat top stoves, and makes pouring and flipping pancakes onto a plate really fun and easy. I've only used the product once so i can't attest to its durabilty over time, but so far, i would recommend this product to anyone who was in the market for a swedish pancake pan. 07/05/2009
