The Ninja Master Prep Food Processor is a multi-purpose kitchen appliance that operates as a blender and a food processor. Rated 5 out of 5 by dragonheartoncart Great for new moms! When my kids were babies, I used a full sized food processor to puree food to save money and ensure no salt or allergens. It wasted a lot of food sticking it into the crevices, and you always had to check that everything was on tight or it flung the lid off and made a mess. Later, when the blades on it came apart, I spotted the Ninja when I was wanting to chop lots of meat for making meat pasties for my social group, so I bought one. Not only did it have the 2 sizes so you could make a little or a lot, but the top control lock system was SO much easier to use without a lot of time and fuss! I immediately got one for my daughter too. And now my son has a daughter, I have recommended one to my daughter-in-law. I have had mine 3 years now, and no signs of wear! 03/13/2012

It makes my blender hang it's head in shame because it kicked it's rear cord all over the kitchen. I make allot of smoothies, but my blender had a major problem chopping and blending the frozen fruit. Very frustrating. The thing wouldn't even chop ice. What a loser! But the Ninja chops and blends great in a matter of seconds. It comes with the pitcher, just like a normal blender, but works so much better with the double blades, and also comes with the chopper for chopping veggies or anything else. You only have to pulse it a couple of times, and voila, you're done. No more irritating someone that's trying to watch tv by fighting with a loud, annoying blender for 30 minutes. Anyway, hope this helps. I'm sure not everyone will be happy this product, but, you can't please everybody. I'm happy with it to say the least. 02/24/2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by craftkat crushes ice just fine The ninja Master pro will make nice smoothies and low calorie shakes with crushed ice. The Bullet does not crush ice so this will work better for me. I made a "Blast" type shake with ice, milk, chocolate syrup and chocolate ice cream and the trick is to crush the ice first and then add the other ingredients. That works better for making shakes or smoothies with ice. 12/21/2011
