Rated 4 out of 5 by branderson76 Tricky but good This will for sure make you sweat. The only problem we are finding is it is not user friendly with signing online. But I am sure we will figure it out. The graphics are really good and teh workouts will get your heart rate going in no time. 11/22/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by DollfaceLV Great workout for indoors! Nike did a awesome job with this. If you have a nike+ account it will let you sync your nike fuel points to your account. It also check to see where you fitness level is at. You will need lots of room for this though. can't do it in a small room. cool thing is it lets you work out with friends as well. and for motivation it has a weekly challenge against other players. its good for beginners and good for people who are already fit.I started this weighing in at 180 now i'm at 174. in 2 weeks or so. i say this game/workout is good! 12/27/2012

I'm looking to loose about 50lbs and after doing this program 3 times a week for 3 weeks I'm already 15lbs down!!! It really pushes you to work hard and on the steps that count the most It wont let you skip them!!!I LOVE IT!!!! 01/14/2013
