I wish other reviewers would not rate based on perceived sized; you cannot usually tell the true size by looking at pictures alone. Read the description and review the size (dimensions) in the product description.This chair is 16"L x 15.8"W x 16"H for example. 01/05/2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Shann1212 Small It is actually a lot smaller than I had expected. It is still in nice condition and feels soft. The "bean" in bean bag though is small little stirofoam bubbles now, I was not aware of that either. I am not sure if I shall keep it yet, I got it as a gift for my son for Christmas, he is almost 4 and I think he will be too big to be comfortable in it. you can get the big joe chair I think is the name on walmart.com for a few dollars more and it is huge, like the size for a teen, granted it is not spongebob, but it is well worth the extra money to have the chair that will last through the growth spurts of children and it can have longer use out of it, versus maybe another half a year my son can fit into it. 11/08/2012
