Developed in collaboration with a physical education and exercise science expert, Nickelodeon Fit is exclusively designed for children.
Nickelodeon Fit Game for Wii:
- 30 fitness games targeting cardiovascular activity, core muscles, upper and lower body strength, balance, motor skill development and coordination.
- Jump rope with The Backyardigans, pogo stick with Dora, go river rafting with Diego, leap over hurdles with Kai-lan, and more even run in an all character relay race.
- Nintendo video game works with either the Wii Balance Board" or the Wii Remote" (board is not required).
- Developed in collaboration with physical education and exercise science expert Dr. Jackie Goodway, Ph.D.
- Parents can monitor the progress of their children and customize workout routines to focus on designated areas of improvement.

Great for young children I think this is a great game--and I dont let my kids play video games much at all!! My 4- year- old can manage this game by herself and its tons of fun and she is moving so much while doing it!! Great when its 0 degrees outside for a little indoor excersie and fun!! 01/24/2011

Tons of fun My four year old daoghter loved this game. The only down side is that the kids had to hold the remote sideways to choose a game. That confuses her to no end because we had just taught her to hold the remote and point it at the tv but she loves the game none the less. Her and her friend played the game for hours and then took a very good nap. It was the best gift of Christmas. 01/13/2011
