Rated 5 out of 5 by Dulike26 So cool... Bought one of these for my daughter's Easter basket, had to borrow it for after walking/running the dog, it's wonderful! It's pretty quiet and blows a substantial amount of air up towards your face. They only had a couple left, so I had to go back to get another one for me in green, shortened it a little and now I can't imagine being without it. Haven't had it long term, so hope it holds up, if it doesn't, I'll buy another one at this low price. 04/12/2012

Strap fits around the neck for fan to blow directly upward toward the face. I will purchase another one for backup. 04/15/2013
