The detail of the Jeep is great and realistic, however if you use this toy in a rough manner or drive it aggressively, you take the risk of damaging it. It is definitely fun to play with, however within 24 hours of playing with it, the spare tire attachment on the back broke off and other parts, like the side mirrors and bumpers started breaking and falling off. It drives best on a hard surface, however it tended to flip on its side when going fast and turning. And when you drive it in grass it does not turn very well. I have not driven it in dirt.

Awesome budget RC toy

My daughter has spent hours running around after this car . It steers well and can go on bumpy side walks , driveway, or up and down grass . During this isolation time of covid 19 this is a great activity that she can do by herself or with one parent .If you don't steer it well it will turn upside down but it doesn't break . It doesn't go perfectly straight when driving it fast . It charges quickly . Overall it's great fun .

Really fun remote control car

This New Bright RC Chevy Silverado Pickup Truck is awesome! The amazing 1:10 scale makes playing with this radio controlled truck very realistic, while added suspension make this truck easy to maneuver through terrain like dirt and grass, and it can also easily climb up low steps, like from our backyard onto our patio or paved walkways throughout our backyard. This truck has a very good reach of up to 80 feet from control to truck, and combined with its speed and maneuverability this truck is so much fun to drive for my sons as well as for grownups like me! I love that the truck comes with all of the necessary batteries included, such as the batteries for the control as well as a quick charger plus rechargeable battery for the truck. Being able to recharge the battery is definitely a huge plus as all of us parents know how quickly batteries of RC controlled toys can run out. I definitely highly recommend this New Bright RC Truck! High quality, well built, powerful to not be limited to only flat surfaces, easy and quick to charge, set up and get ready to play with.

Awesome Fun!

We have loved playing with this truck!! It is huge compared to most other remote control cars but that makes it more fun! It will drive on any surface we have tried; grass, dirt, or concrete! The remote control was easy to figure out and easy to use, even for my youngest child!

Great remote control truck!

Throughout my life, I've always enjoyed radio-controlled (RC) vehicles, airplanes and boats. I was very happy to be able to get this RC Jeep Wrangler to teach and play with my two granddaughters, aged 4 and 8. It arrived with one vehicle, one transmitter, two AA 1.5 alkaline Batteries (non-rechargeable), one 9.6V Lithium Ion Battery Pack (rechargeable), one lithium battery charger, and a basic Owner's Manual. I did not see any recommendations for a recommended age, my thoughts are 6+, as it was too fast for the 4-year old, but the 8-year old got the hang of it quickly; with a few minor crashes. The packaging is very well done and it takes a sharp blade and possibly a pair of pliers to get all the retainers off the packaged items. It has an approximate controlling range of 75 feet, when fully charged. The vehicle is made up of brightly colored, lightweight plastic and soft tires; it comes completely assembled. It looks very cool and sporty, and is very fast, will even pop a wheelie! Its official scale size is 1:10, which roughly means it's 1/10th of its original size; the Jeeps dimensions are approximately: 17” L x 10” W x 11” H. The ground clearance is pretty good, with 2” at the center of the front axle and 3” at the bottom center of the chassis. The 2.4 GHz transmitter (controller) will easily fit small hands, its size is: 2-1/2” tall x 4” front to back, 5.5” at its widest part. The vehicle uses the Lithium battery to operate, while the transmitter uses 2 AA batteries. The battery installation on both components are quite easy to accomplish. The lithium battery charger will save me lots of money on keeping the Jeep charged up! It is hard to determine the battery life, as we all share it within our family, but it holds a long charge. It does have a front wheel alignment knob, if you so happen to need it; so far, not for me. This vehicle climbs hills, blew through tall grass, and screams on pavement; it is really fast; seems too fast to be used in an average home, too fast and big for my home – an outside toy! They do warn not to use chemicals or water on it for cleanup, only a soft cloth and brush. The transmitter was easy to figure out and use: left side joy stick controls forward and backwards movement, the right side joy stick controls left and right turns. Overall, a fun radio-controlled vehicle with soft plastics to soften any collisions with furniture, etc. It comes only with a 30-day Limited Warranty and it is made in China. Very fun to operate; don't forget to turn off the vehicle power, which is located underneath the vehicle when you are done!

Fun entry level for 6+ kids & those young at heart

I have always wanted a Ford Raptor, but can't afford the real one, so this one will be my backup. This little Ford Raptor gets and moves. I have built a couple of ramps, and it jumps off of them great! Don't gave to worry aboiut it getting high centered or stuck on anything because of the clearance it was designed with. It is really fun to run it down the driveway at high speed and then flip it around and it flips and rolls. It is a little top heavy, that is why it so easy, so you have to remember to slow down a little. The controller is pretty and I would recommend this Ford Raptor remote control to anyone. So if you have a son or grandson th at wants a big truck, this for them!

It's Great!

My son loved this RC truck because it's like his papa's. It charges really fast and has amazing detail. It really is a lot like my Dads truck. But I will say after a few times of my son playing with it there was some parts coming off and tipped over alot. In the house is better because it's flat. But my son always wanted to play outside with it. It is loads of fun for the kid but we decided it would be better off being a collectible and put back in box for display.

Fun and collectible

First off, I got this for free, but was looking for a fun toy to race around the house or outside on the driveway. It looked very impressive in the box with its size and look. However, the truck is very underpowered and the remote control lacks sensitive steering and acceleration controls. It does come with a very convenient rechargeable battery pack and charger. I would consider this R/C truck as a beginner R/C toy for any kid, but as an adult wanting to use it, I am not satisfied with it. If you want something with more power, speed and performance, keep looking and you will also be spending more money.
