Yes it does, however it is best used right after you cleanse your face. I have sensitive but very oily skin and I have not had any adverse effects from using this product. It leaves my face soft and smooth looking -hence making the pores appear smaller.

Yes, it's good for "polishing" your face of flaky skin to smooth it out a bit to prep your skin before applying other products such as foundation. It does not dry out my skin.

Does a pore refining toner - such as this - wipe of residue the same like a regular facial toner?

Yes, you may use this product after shaving.

It&#39;s probably okay since I think it has astringent properties, but you&#39;re probably better off with an aftershave lotion or other product designed to prevent razor bumps -- like Skin Tight. I think it&#39;s sold at Walmart.com, as well as Sally&#39;s and other beauty supply stores.

I can't believe I haven't been using this for years. I have been subject to the hype of expensive department store brands, such as Lancome, Clinique. I didn't really see the results I wanted so I gave this in conjunction with the Pore Refining Exfoliating Cleanser a try. I am so glad I did! I noticed visible results within a matter of days! It should be noted that I am also using the Neutrogena Rapid Repair system (eye cream, serum, day moisturizer, and night moisturizer. The first few days my skin did sting when applying the toner, but after the retinol products did their work after about a week, that subsided. I am 49 and after only 2 weeks now my skin looks better than it did in my 20s and 30s!!

Love this toner and have been using it for years. Most often when I go to the store to purchase it, there is none on the shelf. That tells you how popular and awesome this toner is. It mostly definitely is a product to use in your routine for younger healthier looking skin.

Works well

This is one of the best toners I've used. It is not too drying for my skin (combination to oily) and it gets the job done. I like that the smell is not too strong but a nice pleasant standard cosmetic aroma.
