It seemed great but.........$68 never again.

When I first the product it worked fine expect when it got hot it would start to to freeze up then I would have to cut it off to let it cool off, but i didn't mined having to do that every so often. Then one day when I cut on a message was on the screen for an "update" so I clicked the appropriate buttons for the "update" afterwards it turn off and came back on like it done before but this time it stayed on the start up screen NEOTV. So I assumed if I let it unplugged for a wait it would correct it self , but nope so I contacted the support online and they gave me directions and I followed them and guess what nothing happened its still stuck and doesn't work in any way so now I have to spend more of my money and send it to them so they can send me another one. The reason for it not working was the "update"and firmware if the makes sense. I have bought streaming devices of another brand before and they are still working so I'm not liking this at all BUY at your own risk!
