It has the ability to scan any documents within an area of 8.5 inches by 11 inches, ensuring that all your important papers can be scanned efficiently. Documents like business cards, invoice papers, attendance manual, receipts etc. , can be scanned by the USB interface scanner and their important information can be retrieved to your system in a few minutes. The patented software of the digital filing system scanner will salvage the important elements from your account. The maximum resolution that you would get from this scanner is 600 dpi. The device can be connected to your computer via USB and it is compatible with the MAC platform.

Rated 1 out of 5 by VShopper213 Horrible! I just bought this product to create a paperless environment in my home. I read through, followed all the instructions and now I was ready to scan. Documents, receipts would not feed through the scanner at all. All I got was a blinking light. I got really aggravated when I tried contacting NeatReceipts for technical support and discovered that you can't speak to a live person, all questions have to be written via e-mail. When I finally figured out a way to get the scanner to work, the support team had responded to my e-mail 2 days later. And a whole lot of other issues, like, when I scan documents the NeatReceipts program crashes, populates erroneous info or doesn't retain and save info. Aggravating! Now every time I see their commercial, I find myself rolling my eyes at the TV! 05/23/2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lasvegasmommy NeatReceipts for Mac I purchased this product after extensive research to file my receipts and go paperless this year. It does what it says. I use a Mac laptop and it was simple to install and use. I give it 5 stars. I have had no problems. Best of all, it is made for MAC. So it works. I would be leery if I had to purchase a product that say compatible with both mac and pc because they don't get along and I find the pc is favored over the Mac when it comes to Pc/mac software. I am glad that walmart offers this product online at a reasonable price. I purchased here because I knew walmart has an excellent return policy, but after using this item, I am very satisfied. My husband was extremely impressed with neatreceipts ability to read the receipts and list the information. This little scanner is of a better value in price than some of the high priced business scanners that you must manually type in the amounts. If an amount is incorrect, you can simply fill in the appropriate amount manually with no problems. 01/27/2011

They got it for their macbook pro and they love it. She showed me how easy it was to use and how it organizes everything. She has no file bins or paper anywhere. It does work, that other person that left a review needs to go to church. 11/30/2010
