BAD I'm a nurse in a small nursing home, our company only provides oral thermometers, but, we are allowed to proved our own if we'd like. I bought this and was about to use it for about 3 shifts before it stopped working. The time still works, still talks, just won't take a temp. I never dropped it. Cleaned it per protocal in the book. Stored it safely. No explanation given why its not working any longer other than its just a BAD product. 05/04/2010
