Good Deal I am fairly satisfied with my purchase. My only issue that i have a problem with is several of the boards were either cut or split and I was concerned on how long this swing will last with all the splits. Other than it being a bit shorter than I expected (I am 5' 9" tall) I like the swing and think that for the money it was worth it. Next time I will spend a little more to get a more durable product. I, like another buyer will get some stone to try and raise the height of the swing. For the amount of money I think it was worth what I paid for it. You get what you pay for. 04/19/2012
Received this product extrememly fast!! My shipping notice said May 17th and I got it Yesterday May 10th! Amazing. As with many of the other comments about this swing almost all of my wood arrived with splits down the middle. My two kids and I assembled this for my mom for mothers day so assembly is not too bad. I agree with the previous poster about better labeling for the wood and screws on the instructions but we figured it out. We will take steps to preserve the wood and I hope we have many years of enjoying this swing ahead! 05/11/2012
Not what I expected, but nice product Finished product was much smaller than I thought it would have been. It also is quite short. I set my frame up on two 2' square decorative stepping stones/blocks to raise it about 4". Over all, very happy with this swing. Manufacturer would do well to better label the screws and better identify the boards. Didnt take long to assemble, but had to remove several bolts and turn boards around; you find out the "hard way" that you've done something wrong. Still happy customer! 08/19/2011
Great Looking Great looking swing & frame...Smelled of fresh new wood! Perfect for those personal choices ie: stain/preserve/paint etc... Size was actually better than expected due to our preferred corner on our dock we hoped it would set nicely! We were even able to secure the A-Frame base down to our waterfront dock deck boards...we did this due to unexpected high winds that come our way during weather changes! Now no worry of swing frame tipping or moving! A-Frame is quite sturdy & well-built...Our only concern was three main logs of A-Frame had sawed splits totally down , end to end...we wondered IF this was to 'allow' the expansion of wood to 'prevent' undesirable splittin(?)during weathering process(?)...We are loading those 3/4" slits with clear weather seal, treatment to prevent depth of wood slits taking on moisture/mold or premature rotting. HAPPY with our PURCHASE!!!! 08/13/2011
