Pretty Good I ordered two wine racks. Each one came with a broken piece. I opted to use wood glue and a vice to fix them. While putting the racks together, two more pieces broke. The directions were not very user friendly either. However...once complete, the racks look beautiful in my wine cellar. 04/17/2010
