Rated 1 out of 5 by Ljaw Mis-advertised this futon is a mini futon.. Nowhere on the info is it listed as mini futon until the shipping receipt.. Too small for even a small loft!! Might work in a kids room.. Horribly disappointed:-)) 09/15/2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by CostEfficientMom OK if for younger kids I bought this because it was a perfect size for my office. It is a small office, and the dimensions fit perfectly in a nook in the office. I tried sleeping on it (I'm 5'2" and 155 lbs) and although it was big enough for me to curl up on it (when set as a bed), but it was very hard to sleep on. It was uncomfortable as it made my hips sore when I tried to sleep on my sides. It may be able to be useful or more comfortable for a small child (maybe 4-5 year olds). It was comfortable for a 7 year old. Was not comfortable for my teens. It is low to the ground, which I did not have a problem with. It just did not work out as a potential extra sleeping option for an adult. OK as a sitting option but it will wear out as cushion is not supportive. It needs gentle wear and tear. It could be useful as a little kids seating/napping option, but if it is a younger child. For the price, it was worth the try. Will relocate to the kids play room and try to buy myself another adult-supportive futon. 09/06/2012
