Nabisco Wheat Thins Original Crackers provide a healthier alternate to high-fat snacks. These crackers are made with whole grain wheat, and contain B vitamins and iron to add to their nutritional value. These whole grain crackers are cholesterol free, and are baked, not fried.     A great taste to be warn of This box of crackers, like many (or any) other boxes of crackers, have too much of something bad (say sodium) for one's health, and it is not really given the thumbs up for people to actually snack on this.Good taste, but not recommended whole-heartedly. 09/28/2008
