Rated 5 out of 5Â by JJ0206 Meets all expectations I purchased this so I could connect my laptop to internet. This router was very easy to connect not only did I get the laptop connected but I also was able to connect my Wii in less than 15 minutes. 12/01/2010
Rated 1 out of 5Â by GW4321 Unreliable Connection Easy to set up and worked great for a while. Within 6 months I started losing connection constantly (while I was using it not while grabbing a cup of coffee). I updated the firmware and checked my settings but this did not solve the issue. Customer service commented that this is a common problem and wanted $100 for 6 months of technical support. It is much cheaper to replace this unit than try to fix it. I will NOT be purchasing another Netgear product! 08/01/2011
Rated 5 out of 5Â by PunkinDoodlesMom When I read the previous reviews prior to my purchase, I was impressed but still a bit leery that such an inexpensive router could be as good as they say. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very easy to install and the signal reaches about a block and a half from my house, so I do recommend securing your device. The only installation problem I had was with the IP address and some of the other technical numbers I had to enter in, however, when I called the tech dept he set it all up for me and gave me the numbers to write down in the owners manual. This is definitely worth the money ! ! 02/12/2013
