The fourth season of top-rated action crime drama "NCIS" returns to DVD on the heels of the show's fifth season on-air premiere. 6-disc set features all 24 heart-pounding fourth-season episodes! NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) is more than just an action drama. With liberal doses of humor, it's a show that focuses on the sometimes complex and always amusing dynamics of a team forced to work together in high-stress situations. NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), a former Marine gunnery sergeant, whose skills as an investigator are unmatched, formerly led this troupe of colorful personalities. Gibbs, a man of few words, only needs a look to explain it all. The team includes NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), an ex-homicide detective who may come off as the world's oldest frat boy, but whose instincts in the field are unparalleled; forensic specialist Abby Sciuto (Pauley Perrette), a talented scientist whose dark wit matches her Goth style and eclectic tastes, NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee (Sean Murray), an MIT graduate whose brilliance with computers far overshadows his insecurities in the field and Ziva David (Cote de Pablo), a former Moussad agent who shares a bond with Gibbs over the death of his arch nemesis, Ari, the terrorist who killed former NCIS Special Agent Kate Todd. Assisting the team is medical examiner Dr. Donald "Ducky" Mallard (David McCallum), who knows it all because he's seen it all, and he's not afraid to let you know. Rounding out the team is NCIS director Jennifer Shepard (Lauren Holly) who has a romantic history with Gibbs. From murder and espionage to terrorism and stolen submarines, these special agents travel the globe to investigate all crimes with Navy or Marine Corps ties.

NCIS: The Complete Fourth Season (Widescreen) 14 32
NCIS Season 4 I haven't had a chance to begin watching this Season yet but it's NCIS. I totally expect it to be awesome and have zero digital skips.I didn't find out until I picked this up at the store that in store will match the online prices. yet another awesome season!! I got hooked on individual episodes of this show from being over friend's houses... and when Wal-mart had season 1 at a really reasonable price, I bought it, figuring that would be it, and I'd just move on once I got done watching. WELL.... I was nearly finished watching season 1 and just HAD to get at least season 2 coz of how rivoted I was with the 1st season. So, I ordered seasons 2 and 3. As I was reaching the end of season 3, I just HAD to get season 4!!! So since Walmart.com had them at discounted prices, I ordered seasons 4 and 5!!! This show is such a great show on MANY levels!! The acting, the plots, the humor, the drama.... EVERYthing!!! I can't wait for season SIX to come out on dvd!!!! 06/07/2009
My wife loves this show ! I buy NCIS for my wife...she loves all 4 seasons that she got so far. We don't have cable, so we just buy shows and watch on DVD. Great series! 02/13/2011
