About this item
On the corner of Magnolia and College, the Auburn Oaks at Toomer's Corner have stood since 1938 to represent the pride, passion and tradition of Auburn University. The university and community have long embraced these trees as a gathering place, a celebratory area where fans and students can gather to cheer on their Tigers and "roll the corner" in victory. In these trees, you can hear the echoes of "War Eagle!" and see remnants of paper hanging from their glorious branches. These trees may no longer stand, but they will forever remain in the memories of the Auburn community. Each collectible comes with an 8x10 photo of the trees and includes a descriptive plate detailing the origins of the trees. This collectible contains a piece of tree from the Auburn Oaks at Toomer's Corner. Officially licensed by the CLC and the Auburn University. The black plaque measures 12x15x1 and comes ready to hang in an any home or office. Due to the varying sizes of tree branches, no two pieces of tree may be actually the same size, shape or quality.
