Customer Product Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5★ by 3reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Interesting Read! This is truly a "coffee table book"! Beautiful pictures and most interesting stories make this a perfect read as well as a wonderful cookbook. I felt like the recipes I wanted to try were from my OWN family's treasured collection. The price was half that of a book store and more than worth it! 06/27/2010
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Great Recipes and Reference for NOLA Not only is this a great cookbook and full of authentic New Orleans recipes, It is a education of New Orleans culture and food. I could not put it down once I began reading. Congrats to John Besh! 06/16/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by great book, great price got this as a present for my dad for fathers day, and both he and my mom love it; they said it was a good read as well as an awesome cookbook.i paid less than half of the price it would have cost from barnes and noble, and everywhere else i looked.i was disappointed, though, that they didn't have it at my local store (in new orleans)... must have just been out of stock since the web site says they carry it. 07/19/2010
