The toy is safely secured to the ground with six sturdy metal poles and has a galvanized steel frame that will not rust in the rain or snow.

    EXCELLENT FOR SENSORY ISSUES

I purchased this for our 6 year old son who has autism and sensory dysfunction. He loves it! He was bouncing on our couch everyday very hard and wearing it out..this has completely stopped..he goes to his trampoline now to seek sensory stimulation. He holds on the poles and pulls so hard it is making them loose but it is still safe and big and well built. My husband is going to build a support bar for him to hold onto. Very recommended..excellent product at a great price and it is very big but still fits in our dining room so he can have easy access to it.

We bought this product last year and it barely made it through the summer before quite a few of the bands started breaking. One year later, it is totally useless. My girls were 3 last year and did get a lot of use out of it. If you want something to entertain, it will but it won't last for years. I have tried to reach the company for replacement bands but no luck so far. I think they want you to buy another trampoline vs sending the bands separately.

We bought this for our little boy for his 2nd birthday. It is in our basement and we plant o leave it there for the entire winter so he can bounce off some energy when we can't get outside. He is a very rough and active little boy. There have been no problems with the trampoline. He loves to get in there and bounce up a sweat. I would definately recommed this product for anyone looking for a gross motot activity for their child. I also loved the site to store shipping which saved me quite a bit of money.

I am worried my 3yo will fall back and hit her head on one of the steel beams that surround the trampoline since I don't believe they are padded. Is this a valid concern?
    by SPetterez 3/22/2011
    • They are padded.

    • All of the poles that support the enclosure net are covered with foam. I bought this for my 3 year old and I have not had any safety problems so far.

    • The steel beams are covered with foam tubes, so you should not be worried about it.

    • They have foam padding. I bought this for my 1-yr-old and she loves it. It just won't stand up to the wind...so this is a better indoor toy to me.

I have a 4 year old and 2 year old and we live in an apartment community. I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving this outside, as the neighborhood kids are quite rowdy and have no respect for other people's property. Would this be a good item to have and use in the apartment in the play room?
    by ctip316 4/8/2010
    • yes if u put outside the moist air from overnight will eventully wear it down not to meantion the sun

    • Absolutely if you have the room for it. It takes up about as much area as a round kitchen table.

    • I have mine inside and it's great. However, I don't know how it would be on a second floor it might be loud underneath.

    • It can be used indoors; however, because it is 55 inches wide and about 5 feet high when assembled, it would need a big doorway to take it in and out, so it's either indoors OR outdoors. I had hoped to be able to take it in AND out, but it's outside on the porch at least until winter.

    • I think so. We have had this both outside and inside. We also live in an apartment, I prefer it inside the home. The benifit to this is that it can be used at any time in any weather. Physical activity for boys especially is so needed when it is cold and or wet out! LOL. Enjoy.

    • It does take more than one person to assemble just so someone can support it while some of the part are secured, but it is not difficult and only took me and one other person 15-20 minutes total.

    • Extremely easy. Only a few screws and easy to follow instructions. The hardest part was getting the bungees around the circular frame. I had to have my husband help me. It may be difficult for one average-strengthed person to do alone.

    • I'm a female and was able to assemble it on my own, just getting two blisters on two fingers. When you're almost done, the straps get tight and harder to stretch.

    • Not hard at all. I don't use tools offen so I was very happy that it was so easy. Be sure to read all the instructions first. If I can put it together than anyone can.
