great buy, great product This is a great product! I highly recommend it. We have traveled to Europe this month with our 3 month old and could not bring our original brest friend with us. This is a wonderful option to have instead since we will be here an entire month. It compacts nicely in our diaper bag for the flight over. Did not use on the plane as we were in coach and it was too difficult to get to and inflate on a packed flight with a smaller aircraft. Once we got here we have left it blown up unless deflating is absolutely necessary. Inflating/deflating takes a few minutes but worth it in order to have this very important piece of equipment with us. Highly recommended! Just be a little gentler with it than the original brest friend as it is a little more fragile since it is inflatable. 09/26/2010
Not a real pillow This item is not a real pillow with cotton or foam, which is just like a balloon. You have to make it full of air to be a pillow. So I guess I have to return this and take another pillow with the same shape but high price 04/06/2010
I use My Brest Friend as my nursing pillow at home. It is too bulky, though, to travel with. This inflatable nursing pillow was great for travelling and was familiar in shape for my baby. 03/02/2012
Great so far I bought this pillow because my family likes to go. Go to the barn, the river, just out and about, and boy you need to be able to nurse wherever and whenever. My third baby has yet to show himself, but I blew up the pillow and gave it a small test drive and it seems like it will work great for size, both before and after inflating. I cannot speak for longevity, only feasable size. 03/01/2012
