Rated 3 out of 5 by Raleighmomof1 Not for little boys... I ordered this potty when my son was 18 months old. My son is big for his age--about 30 lbs, and each time I helped him get off the potty, the splash guard caught on his "delicate" parts. Luckily, he didn't seem to notice, but I knew it was uncomfortable. My son never 'went' in this potty, as he's still in the beginning stages of potty training, but if he had it would have been a little difficult. The potty "hole"was too small. I think he could have gone #1 okay, but he would have needed to sit very close to the front for the other.I did keep the potty for over a month hoping it would "grow" on me, but in the end, returned it. I can not comment on the little wipes because I did not open them. Although I did not remove the plastic from the freshener insert, it smelled nice. I did like the overall design of the potty. It seemed sturdy, and the removable potty seat fit perfect on the standard toilet. Maybe this potty would be better for little girls or smaller build boys. 03/28/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by lbosse1 Stable, sturdy, versatile, portable This is the best of the toilets in stores - I tried several. It's sturdy with quality plastic, withstands 200 lbs as a stool, and easily cleaned. It has a wide, rubber-edged base so it's harder to slide and tip - good for a van in travel. It mimics a real toilet without distractions. My very antsy kids love this toilet, who were comfortable there before 18 months, but are still using it now at more than 3 feet tall and 35 lbs. The seat guard helps prevent both genders from splashing without getting in the way or hurting them. Kids can decorate it with stickers for motivation. Do not buy more wipes though - adult wet tp works better. 10/29/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by MotherinNY Not a good potty for little boys!!! This is not a good potty for little boys!! The splash guard is almost non-existent and the opening for the potty is very small. My son is at the top of the growth chart for his height and weight. In order to get any use from the almost non-existent splash guard, he has to sit too far back on the potty and because the opening of the potty is very small, his bottom is part way off the potty. I would recommend this potty for a little girl who is not at the top of the growth chart. I will be returning this to Walmart for a refund. 02/01/2013
