Combine stuffin' w/meltedbutter or margarine & vegetables (if desired, you may sauté thevegetables in butter or margarine until transparent prior To combiningw/the stuffin'). Stir in liquid (broth, fruit or vegetable juice, wineor water) gradually; blend lightly. Texture may be varied by using moreliquid for moister stuffin', less liquid for drier. Note: self-bastingturkeys may result in a moister stuffin'. Do not stuff poultry untiljust before roasting. Stuff lightly in neck & body cavities, allowingfor expansion during roasting.
