dont waste your money this product is subject to poor design mixed with the wrong ideas, it leaks you have to poor the water in this narrow area in the back most the time you end wasting half the water on the back of the machine and your kitchen counter, we have had it less then a year we got it last Christmas cause we thought our old one was getting a little out dated ( we should have kept it ! ) 06/04/2009

thermal coffee pot Returned coffeemaker for refund. Coffee not hot, lukewarm at best, but if you wanted cream with your coffee, then it made it cold. Manufacturer's suggestion was to put hot water in the thermal pot before brewing. What if you wanted your coffee ready when you wake up in the morning? - well, you would have to get up earlier than the timer to warm up the pot with hot water.
