Good walkie talkie for what it is

I use to do radio work and therefore familiar with 2 way equipment and motorola is one of the best with a reasonable price ranger for average joe and I highly recommend them. Use cell phones exclusively and a power outage leaves us blind. These will make it possibly to communicate in an emergency or when a cell phone tower is not handy and this does happen. Walmart gives a good price and will resolve any immediate problems which also happens. Easy shopping fast service right to door.

Does all it needs to do.

Bought for use between building's at an ag dealership. Purchased four of these, have not had any problems. Needed them to transmit through all metal buildings and they have not failed. Have been very impressed with their abilites to this point. Clarity is very good.

Really great radios for the price.

We recently went to the eastern states with our son and family . The walkies were a great asset, while traveling , to keep informed on the needs of each car. We used them frequently every day without the need to recharge the batteries all week . I only put the charger on when we got home to keep them fully charged while they are not being used . The only problem we had was trying to hold the walkies away from your mouth . Too close would garble your voice. About four inches was best. I would say this is a good product that preforms as expected .

Road trip

Was able to communicate between motor home and car even with lots of distance and building between us. Made ferry travels and meeting up beyond all the traffic later a breeze. No static and easy to operate.

Great sound. Have not used long to test distance. Charger was defective and only one unit can charge at a time.

I just got the product a week ago or so. Haven't got the chance to use it very much yet but I did test it out and the range in the city is only about a quarter-mile (1/4 mile). I will update my rating of the Motorola MT352R - 35 mile Range Talkabout 2-way Radio after further testing the range in the city and in the mountains or open field. As of right now I am disappointed in the range but I do like the product. To be continued...

I purchased 2 MT 352 radios to communicate with wife while traveling. One radio works ok but the other radio has a very low audio level and will not adjust loud enough to hear the other party. Not happy with this product. Don't waste your money.
