Rated 5 out of 5 by 1DOD I used the site-to-store for this item because it was out-of-stock at other stores and I needed a replacement for my old unit that overheated routinely. Connecting this modem was almost as easy as using the site-to-store program so I can safely recommend this product as well as the Walmart store pick-up program. The product is cool and so is Walmart. 09/21/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tomson2 I'm very happy with this product, see my review It did not come with a disk, but I did not have any problems installing the product. When the computor was asleep upon wakeup it would not connect to service, I have a simple hard wire conection. The modem has a built in help desk that appears when there is a problem, the modem was set for 20 min. time out. I set it for smart connect and corrected the time zone, that corrected the problems, it works better then my old modem ever did. 02/06/2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by verydisappointed55 Don't buy it. It doesn't work right. Although I was skeptical about this modem, there were few other options for AT&T DSL. But how do you know unless you try? Modem worked the first day and has gone out every single day thereafter requiring a complete shutdown of not only the modem, but the entire computer and router as well. Now it just goes out multiple times a day. I'm returning it. 01/22/2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by waderdog Motorola 3360 DSL Modem JUNK! Even AT&T representatives - TWO to be exact - say this modem is JUNK! For me - it wouldn't stay connected. I bought another - "Actiontech" from Amazon slightly cheaper in price. Hooked it up one day and it's been connected ever since! I took this one back to Wal-Mart for a refund in less than 90 days. It may work for you - but not for me. Good luck! 11/27/2012
