Low Quality Very difficult to connect to PC for charging and downloading music. Always comes up with error msg at first saying that the device is not a valid USB connection. We always have to switch around to other USB ports and turn wire to get it to work. Thinking about returning it. 12/31/2011
It's very cute and I bought it for my daughter for Christmas butShe won't use it because there is no volume on it. Simply put its notLoud enough when the music is playing. 12/30/2011
Do not waste your money My daughter loves monster high and music, so for Christmas we decided to purchase this MP3 player. The first time I plugged it into the computer it worked very well. We loaded some songs that she wanted and decided that we could add more later. She listened to it the first day and when I went to recharge and add more songs, it said that it was not recognized by my computer. I guess that it is only supposed to work one time. Now we have a product that will only charge for the half and we are stuck with the music that is on it. Save your time, money and heartbreak of you kids and don't buy it! 03/16/2012
