when i got it i had forgot it had to be assembled the box arrived and i thought it was something else i had ordered because it didn't look like a box for a box spring but opened it up and took it out and it was the boxspring it was easy to assemble its strong and i'm happy with my purchase plus the price was right  lol  and the shipping was superfast

This is the 2nd box spring I bought from Walmart, the same one. It was easy to assemble and it is solid wood not press board. My 1st box spring broke due to inferior wood and my other box spring squeaked every time I got out of bed, so I replaced them. If you have power tools the job will be done in a matter of minutes.

Easy to assemble,very sturdy and comfortable

When I saw this online I was doubtful despite the great reviews. It was easy to assemble & exactly as described. Such a great idea & value.

Unbelievable

I moved to a house that has a stair way my original queen boxspring would not fit through. I had heard about these instant-box springs and was intrigued. Assembly was fairly painless. I liken it to building simple IKEA furniture. After about 30 minutes of work I had a solid support for my mattress similar in nature to a platform bed, but with the visuals of a traditional mattress/boxspring combo. Very impressive!

Really, it's a platform bed.

The low profile box springs arrived in a long heavy box. All of the parts were well packaged and well thought out. There was an extra bolt, fastener and a high quality open end wrench included. The workmanship of the wood and easy picture directions made this construction a breeze. 

I was working alone so I placed the secure frame inside the bed before placing the slates on the box springs.  All of the slates dropped in, snug fit. I did not, I repeat, did not fasten  the slates into the frame. My choice but I thought it would be too heavy when I moved and the loose slates in my existing bed has been secure for over 100 years. The cover fit fine and my mattress arrives today.

When you are 5' small  - 4" is a BIG deal

I am elderly with some mobility issues. I was able to easily assemble this platform by myself. The directions are very simple and straightforward; however, I had to put a couple of cross slats in position before I fully tightened the corner bolts. Otherwise it appeared that the the cross slats are slightly too long. They were, in fact, just right. The cover was easy to put on and it looked like the sales picture. Mine was a queen size.

It is exactly what I expected.

This is the best purchased for me memory foam mattress, it gas made it a better fit .
It was easy to assemble, but you will need an electric or battery operated screw driver, it helps because of the amount of screws included.

Matress foundation 4"

Would have given 5 stars but the frame is bigger then a standard twin size mattress. It is about 1-2 inches too big on each side of current mattress would be a great fit for on extra wide twin. Was very easy for my 19year old nephew to put together, took him about 20 mins to do without using a drill. It is very supportive for the bed.
