Not bad at all I say it's "not bad at all" because it's not bad at all; but, it's also not the greatest thing on Earth either.It takes two people to smoothly assemble. It's not difficult to assemble, it's just a little awkward. Be careful that you make sure the table top and bottom shelf are facing the correct way (up is up and down is down) before inserting the screw-hole plugs or you won't be able to switch them easily.I had been putting together a lot of furniture for a couple of hours before I got to the coffee table and got a little ahead of myself. So, now the bottom shelf is upside down and I can't fix it. It looks okay and you'd never notice unless I told you, but just a forewarning to anyone else looking to buy this coffee table, smooth side up, rough side down, and double check your work.Additionally, my only real complaint about this coffee table, the finish chips very easily. Within the first couple of days I noticed a small chip on the edge of the table top. It was quickly taken care of though. I bought a bottle of flat black model paint to cover up any unsightly blemishes. Bottle of model paint: $2.00... not a bad investment. 03/09/2008
i just love it..! I love this coffee table. Very-much worth the purchase price. It was very easy to assemble... it took about 30 minutes. It looks very elegant in out living room, looks like we paid more than we actually did. I'm very happy with this product~! 01/15/2008
Be sure of what you are buying The table is not real sturdy. It wiggles a lot when touched. Seems like it needs a support bar added. Probably have to be replaced within a year. 03/04/2009
Sleek look, however arrived damaged The items was shipped damaged to my home. It does have a nice look, but it is only a cheap wood/ ply board and damages easily. It looks like they dropped it on a corner. The entire corner was chipped (not able to fix). I returned it to a local store to get cash back. 01/13/2010
