Very informative - some recipe's not so good This book is very informative if you have no idea how to use a pressure cooker. I was one of those people, so the book helped me learn about pressure cooking.I've made some of the recipe's from the book, and some are only okay, except for the rice pudding which was awful. I've also found that some of the recipe's are more complicated than they need to be. 02/27/2012

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE AN ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER Using a non-standard pressure cooker that operates at only 12psi means that the timing will have to be increased by 20%. No big deal. Just a key point she makes in the book to keep in mind if you are using an electric pressure cooker. The essential tip in the book for me as a beginner in pressure cooking and having an electric pressure cooker. 10/08/2011
