This kitchen knife set includes filet knife, boning knife, two all-purpose slicers, paring knife, curved Rock 'n' Chop, straight-edge Chop 'n' Scoop, kitchen shears, and eight steak/utility knives. The knives are made from stainless steel, and hence are corrosion resistant. Keeping A Keen Edge When my wife and I married nearly four years ago, she was using the Miracle Blade III 17-Piece Knife Set that she'd had for years. This year we ordered another set to expand ours.
