Q. what is the shelf life of a bottle of Milani's 1890 French Dressing and does it have an expiration date on it?
- I have had some for several years and it was still good.by ForeverStatlers6/11/2014Was this answer helpful? (0) (0)Was this answer helpful?
- Yes, I called the manufacturer and they told me the shelf-life is 2 years after the manufacture date. There is a small manufacture date on each bottle, printed in black ink on the front, and it uses the Julian calendar, generally a letter first, and the second number designates the year in which it was made. The next numbers designate the day of the year it was made, i.e., F3256 would have been made in the year 2013 on the 256th day of that year! The letter generally designates the plant in which it was made :-)by Lidarose13/1/2014Was this answer helpful? (0) (0)Was this answer helpful?
- I do not see an expiration date on the bottles I received, but if the old formula is the same, the dressing will last well after being opened in the fridge and also probably for several years unopened on the shelf.by ChicagoSadie10/2/2013Was this answer helpful? (1) (0)Was this answer helpful?
