Sturdy Rack for the money This was exactly what I had hoped for - sturdy, easy to install, can be used with saddle bags.Mounted this on a Hybrid, appears to be made to fit most standard bikes. Installation was easy, although instructions were marginal. Fairly intuitive to install, once you take the time to see where all the parts go. Keep fasteners somewhat loose until you've finished assembling, and you really can't go wrong. 01/26/2011
I have been using this for about a month now.It was not too difficult to install even though the manual was totally useless.It is very solid, makes no noises and well fitted my bike. I have a 700c Schwinn Hybrid bike.The bars on the top and on the sides makes it very practical to install a basked or other goods on top and secure them with bungee cords. 10/16/2010
Good product for value. All parts needed to install was in the package and easy to install. Might take little time to figure out the direction of screws/nuts you want to plug-in during installation. If you are confused/concerned, checkout walmart/bike stores for bikes with racks installed to get an idea. 10/08/2010
Why Not? it was tricky to figure out how to mount it, it was missing parts that would make it adopt to most bikes and in less that one day the spring fell apart. I bought it just to have a place for a saddle bag so the spring really has no use for me. Am handy so I can fix it. I will say this, it feels sturdy as a rack once you figure out how to mount it. Over all, after paying for it, waiting for it to arrive at the store and installing it, I dont want to take it off so I will live with it. 10/22/2010
