Rated 3 out of 5★ by TriumphSprintST Not enough volume Like the other reviews say, Not enough volume to be used in real life riding. wind noise starts to drown out voice at about 60 mph. I could duck my head behind the windshield and hear decently but that was the only solution. I fault this to the radio volume because the speakers seem to be clear and crisp. The microphone was starting to come apart before I took my helmet 3 times. Had to return them since I knew the only solution was to get a higher powered radio and the 1000 midland was top of the line. I tried with earplugs also and that was worse at speed. Going to go to an earplug set up 09/09/2009
Rated 2 out of 5★ by Ibuyalot Midland Disappoints I bought these to go with a set of Midland radios to use for snowmobiling. They are tempermental when using, and are NOT voice activated as described. The only good thing is that Wal*Mart sells them for $15 less than buying directly from Midland. 01/06/2009
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Aternus Unusable over 40mph The product is well made, fits in a helmet nicely, but isn't loud enough to be heard in a closed face helmet sitting behind a windshield going down the road. The housing for the push to talk button is too large to fit comfortably on the average handle grip. I'm unable to use the headsets I purchased and I definitely wouldn't have bought them knowing what I know now. 10/13/2010
