Microsoft Wireless Microphone (Xbox 360) 2 3
The wireless mic DOES shut off! I have used this wireless mic manytimes and it DOES shut off. You need to hold the button on the bottom of the mic for a sec. Additionally, when you leave the game, it shuts off, as well. If you read the instructions that came with the mic, you will learn that the mic does indeed shut off without removing the batteries. 01/02/2010
Fun for the time being... After it took us 30 minutes to figure if we had this thing working, the relay was amazing.... But.. with this microphone there is no way to turn it off without removing the batteries. Therefore you will have to spend a fortune on replacing the double A's unless you have rechargeables. My recommendation to you is to go with a microphone with a cord that is 1 1/2 the length from your tv to your sopha. Make sure if you are to buy a wireless there is a way to turn it off... This one is a waste of money. 12/29/2009
