Generally both versions are on the Disk, unless it states explicitly 32bit or 64 bit. You really only want the 64bit.

64. You get both if you purchase it. A new computer will have 64 loaded, some older machines have to use 32 when upgraded.

I am so happy with this program. Even though it was kinda expensive it was totally worthy it. I had this program last year but then decided to upgrade to the new window 2010. You know seeing all the commercials.. it looked cool....why did I do that....awful..
That 2010 program was is so confusing to me. It would not cooperate with my printer it was very frustrating, not used friendly. Probably because I'm not that computer literate. Just a baby boomer trying to stay connected.
So I decided to go back to my reliable user friendly program. And I'm so glad I did....I love it.

This has to be one of the best, easiest version of windows I ever used. This is the version of windows that vista should have been, in a way this is Windows Vista 2.0 or Windows Vista[The good Edition]. But I am happy with just Windows 7. Be sure to use the 64-bit DVD so you can use over 3.2GB of memory. Plus most of my old XP programs works great within Windows 7.

Very easy to down load. Just follow the on screen directions. Best price, speedy and safe delivery.
I looked at a lot of web sites, but WalMart had the best price and S/H cost for the Premium. Windows has several Windows 7 to pick from as Up Grades. Be careful reading the title on the box. WalMart was the only site that made it clear between up-grade and full premium. You have to get the program (full premiun) before you can start up grading or adding to the program. I went from Windows Vista Basic to Windows 7 Premium. Windows is the best for home computing.

The software purchased was a gift, so I can only comment on the "in store order pickup service" at Walmart. The ordering of the product was very simple. The procedure is very easy to follow when picking up your order. The order arrived earlier than expected, and the pickup took only a few minutes. A great procedure to be able to use.

Tried Win 8 ... OK for a phone OS, if you want to touch a screen. What is MS thinking?! Already had one Win 7 license that is tied to the life of my Dell, but decided to get a full Win 7 version for the future (try getting a copy of Vista now!). It may be some time before MS can recover from this Win 8 disaster...get an OS that will last until then, imho.

Windows 7 easy to navigate!!!Unlike Windows 8!! I bought Toshiba laptop for work use in Nov. '12 loaded w/ Windows 8.Terrible operating system!!! I purchased Windows 7,which I have in my home laptop,and installed in work laptop.I had to do clean install,and update drivers,but working GREAT now!!!!Mircosoft in my opinion remove Windows 8 from the market!!!!

Windows 8 is Great!!!

It's a nice change from Win XP. It has several bonuses like themes that just make your computer desktop come alive. So far I haven't had any problems associated with Win 7. My problems have been hardware problems not related to Win 7.
Some of the programs for Win 7 vs Win xp have some nice touches as well. If you can afford it, go ahead an replace Win xp!
The only real negative I have so far is the price!

Windows 7 Premium

I like Windows 7 HP better than windows vista it is a lot more user friendly. My only complaint is it caused my Sony Optiarc 7640s DVD RW to stop working despite my best attempt to reload drivers the Win7 operating System will not let it Read or Write just eject.
