I bought Office 365 to replace Microsoft Office 2010. I'm very happy with the purchase and ecstatic that I can share it with the rest of my family. We now have Office on our home computers, tablets, and smartphones. The features are easy to use and this version of Office includes Publisher, Access, One Note, Add to One Note, and Outlook which is more than the 2010 edition. My son finds One Note to be a valuable tool in college, and my daughter uses Power Point at home to prepare for various projects. I use Word and Excel at home and all my old documents are readable in the new version. I'm also happy that this version of Office includes One Drive. We can also use Google Documents. With these options, our work is accessible anywhere we go. The updates are important and will keep things running smoothly as Office improves over the year with any updates needed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is using any other Office edition, and any other word processing programs.

It's office, who doesn't use office? aye, Quick and easy to use. Doesn't bog/slowdown/confuse my computers Works fine with windows 10 Can create fine documents, presentations, charts, and basic databases. Office has been around for sometime Onenote may be a new addition to office package, and MAY need more tweaking. I have used this product on the desktop, laptop, 7 inch tablet (1GB Ram, 32GB flash drive), and 2 in 1 laptop/tablet. I am very familiar with the office package, except for onenote. Their MAY be an issue with onenote. I spent time into resolving the issue with onenote, but never got it resolved, (but my first time trying to resolve it was 10 minutes). But access, excel, powerpoint, and word works seamlessness, with windows 10. but onenote MAY need more work. At this point, Access does not zoom in on the hp 7 steam tablet and dell i3147 thingy, but hopefully that will be resolved. by zooming in, I mean, when I put two fingers on the tablet/screen and spread your fingers. it does NOT zoom in. I was shocked that it would not zoom in, (but that may be a user/my error). So at this point, I (emphasizing I), can not zoom in Access app.

I purchased OFFICE 365 because my android Excel app would NOT read OR edit my Office 2007 Spreadsheets. After installing program on two of my laptops and 1 of my phones....I sadly realized that It wont read my Office 2007 spreadsheets either, it will only work on OFFICE 365 projects (At least that's what I have found). I often send out my Excel "Workbooks" to another person at work....They can't open OFFICE 365 unless they 1.) Have the program installed already. or 2.) If I give them access to my OFFICE 365 program....so that they can read/edit same. Sorry, Just not for me. I am keeping the program because 1.) It gives me tons of cloud storage. 2.) At some point, I am sure that everyone will have to switch over to this NEW system and, like myself, will have to invest. So, I figure that at some point soon, I will find a good use for it. NOTE: After installing program on 1st Laptop, I received an update for the program....That program became corrupt, and had to uninstall. I think I'll wait awhile before bothering to reinstall it. YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary)

I bought office 365 a month ago and have only had problems ever since, including: 1. Non of the office products work unless you are connected to the internet - that is, if you open up Word, for example, while connected to the internet and then disconnect, it will continue to "work", but if you try and open it when not connected to the internet, it will have limited functions (i.e. you can't edit etc). They say that it should work, but it doesn't - also trying to get support on this issue will only frustrate you because nobody can help you. 2. When using some of the office applications, especially, Word, there are times when entire pages of text just disappear, and if you are lucky they reappear. If you are using office 365 for business, it is risky. For me, this has been my worst experience with Microsoft since the mid 90s, and ideally, I would like my money back and they can keep the office 365, I would prefer an installed version. However, for refunds, there is no place to go.......for a company the size of microsoft, this is really pathetic service.

I personally hate the ribbon interface on all the new MS Office programs. It was built around touch, and I actually do work on real computers with big screens, not on tablets, so the ribbon was a nightmare to learn. Even now that I am comfortable using it, I really hate the MS Office interface to this day. I only purchased MS Office as a work requirement, otherwise I use Libre Office for my personal needs as the interface is more like older MSO versions...aka easier to use. But...everything is getting built around touch now (see Adobe Creative Cloud) and we all have to live with it...even if we don't LIKE it.
