I am unable to use the built in mic I am unable to give a good rating, yet. I am having trouble getting the built in mic to work. Thank goodness my son, knows what is wrong. He said that I need a USB port 2.0, and we currently have a 1.0 USB port. I wish Microsoft would have included this information in their product discription...I did order a USB port 2.0 from an online company and once it arrives and my sons installs it, and if the built in mic works then I will be able to give it a rating. 08/25/2011
