Ingredients: Cooked Long Grain Rice, Water, Cooked White Chicken (Chicken Breast with Rib Meat, Water, Soy Protein Isolate, 2% or Less of Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Modified Food Starch, Maltodextrin and Natural Flavor), Brown Sugar, Bell Peppers, Carrots, Pineapple Less than 2% of Rice Wine Vinegar (Water, Rice), Sugar, Chicken Base (Chicken Meat and Concentrated Chicken Stock, Salt, Chicken Fat, Sugar, Dried Whey, Flavor Blend [Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Corn Syrup Solids, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor], Flavoring, Extractive of Turmeric), Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol, Vinegar and Lactic Acid), Modified Food Starch, Canola Oil, Tomato Paste, Garlic (with Water and Citric Acid), Granulated Garlic, Salt, Chicken Broth Flavor (Chicken Broth, Salt, Chicken Powder and Flavors), Extractives of Paprika and Natural Flavors, Ginger.
Instructions: Cooking Guidelines: Microwave Oven (1100 Watt): 1. Before cooking, lift corner of lid to vent. Do not fully remove lid. 2. Microwave on high for 3-1/2 minutes. 3. Open lid, stir rice and sauce separately, re-cover, then continue to cook on high for an additional 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. 4. Let stand in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. 5. Remove lid (careful, it's hot!) Serve sauce over the rice. Conventional Oven (Remove food from tray): 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Remove food from try. Place in similar size oven-safe dish. Cover with foil. 3. Cook in oven 25 minutes; stir, re-cover and cook and additional 20 minutes. 4. Remove from oven. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes. 5. Carefully remove cover, it's hot! Serve sauce over the rice.
