Metro Lifestyle Brown Faux-Leather Low Profile Bed, King 14 14
Love this bed Ok..I just received my bed today and am very, very pleased with it. It is a great and very modern looking bed. The quality and the desingn is perfect, looks very sofisticated and stylish. The headboard is a smooth, dark brown nice, faux leather material. The bed doesn't come with a spring box. However, for the buck it was a great deal and highly recommend to everyone who is lloking for a good style and affordable bed. It was also very easy to assemble, comes in three seperate boxes. furniture store quality at walmart price i waited a long time for this bed to come back to being availible on the site and it sure was worth it. i had to use my boxspring and mattress on this as it was going to be too low to the ground to me and i'm 4' 11" if that tells you anything. when you use the boxsprings ontop of the slats you don't have to buy a peice of plywood to put over the four slats like the others stated. this makes it an average height bed or maybe slightly taller when you use an average boxspring and mattress. if your mattress is really thick then a boxspring may not be for you. only thing is you don't see as much of the headboard when you use a boxspring. this is really nice quality for the price you pay. the faux leather is decent and has nice padding behind it so you can sit up and watch tv in bed without having a pillow on your head. my parents couldn't believe how nice this looked and for the price. my husband didn't want me to get this as he thought we didn't need it and you don't need to spend more money, blah blah blah. now he says i'm glad you got this cause it really makes the room look nice and i feel fancy lol. get this and you will not be dissapointed! 04/09/2011
Very Nice I ordered this bed with high hopes that it would look as good as the advertisement picture. Well was i wrong, it looks even better. The bed is beautiful and looks very modern. My hubby and i love it. We purchased the spa sensations 12" memory foam mattress to go with it (we really love it as well). Our bed came with 4 slats so we purchased 2 pieces of plywood to lay on top of the slats so our mattress would have a solid foundation. So to any of you that are as skeptical as i was about purchasing this product because it was so cheap..... Just do it. It really is very nice, and you will love it. So glad i only spent $300 at Walmart versus $800 or $900 at a furniture store. Best purchase ever! 02/19/2011
You would be wise to pass on this. I read every review offered on this bed before ordering. It sounded amazing and looked beautiful in the photos. It came in to the store ahead of schedule and was very easy to put together. That is where the amazing part stops. My husband and I didn't even make it through the first night. The extremely poor, shoddy design resulted in the bed breaking even before we turned out the lights. The side rails were mounted onto a support board that was jointed in five places and held onto the particle board side rails by screws with less than a half inch in the material. DO NOT BUY THIS BED. You WILL be sorry. 11/14/2011
