Futon is hard and half of the futon the springs are out. Not Happy with this product, very disappointed especially for what I paid for it. 04/28/2012
good for occasional use Easy to set up my husband and i took about 20 mins its comfortable to some extent. If you plan to use this as an every day thing its a little hard and might not be that comfortable... 04/03/2012
