has a 300pounder on one no problem they are steel

They aren't really wide, but my brother-in-law weighs 350+ and for
Thanksgiving and X-Mas dinners they hold him just fine.

These chairs are made for smaller than average people. I would say they would be great for teenagers.

Wayfair, Overstock, and other online shopping places sell them. I even saw them made to look rustic. They always ran as high as $169.00 & as

Great chairs for a great price!

I was worried about ordering these chairs but I went for it because they were inexpensive and the look I wanted. The photo of the silver looked like it would be a strange painted gray color but they are not, they are silver. They are a good weight, heavier than I expected! I was worried they would be too light and easily tip over. The seat width is a little small at 13.5 inches so that had me worried but they sit just fine. I have larger rear, so that's saying a lot! For a metal chair they are pretty comfy. My daughter's booster seat fits perfectly on the chair as well. I ordered 6 of the silver chairs to go with a farmhouse style table and it looks great. I couldn't be happier with these chairs!

I need 2 extra chairs for my farmhouse table with benches, these work perfectly. I needed chairs with no arms and these fit nicely.

Love these chairs

I have seen these chairs in all my home design magazines for a few years and my parson chairs finally started falling apart so I got these in white. No assembly at all- so couldn't be easier. The chairs are heavier than expected and the rubber on bottom of legs won't scratch floor. They look stunning with my antique enamel kitchen table. In the magazines they were twice the price plus shipping -so got a great deal with Walmart. The seat is a little small if you have a larger bottom but not too uncomfortable. I appreciate the easy clean up after my little one also. All in all if you need a chair these are most awesome:)

magazine worthy chair

I ordered these because I wanted strong chairs for my family or guests that come to dinner or play cards and such. They hold a lot of weight and it seems like all family's have big people you don't
want to sit on your old folding chairs.Very pretty colors, stackable and way cheaper than
I could get them anywhere else. If you plan to sit in them for more than an hour though, they could use a chair pad for the bottom. I made pads for mine to match my dining room chairs & they look great together.

Great, strong anytime chairs!

I bought two sets of these chairs for our 60 inch farm style table.  I originally  wanted this style chair in a shade of blue, but you can't beat the price of these.  So I settled with the black.  When I removed them from the box my husband thought they looked a little small but he was completely fine once he sat on them.   So far we are happy with these chairs!

Cute Metal Chairs

Arrived earlier than expected and in excellent condition. I ordered the white and they are exactly as pictured. They are comfortable to sit in and very durable so far. Very easy to clean! Great style of chairs with a great price!

Design chairs

These chairs are wonderful! A great addition to our farmhouse table! I have been searching for these "Tolix" remake chairs and they are very expensive on other websites. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the color. It's not a true red...it's more like an orange red. I was hoping for a vintage or Christmas red. That's ok...the chairs are awesome and a wonderful, sturdy metal that can always be painted. I highly recommend these to any decor!

Red but not a true red...

I purchased these chairs for my dining table, but they were not what I was hoping for. I have a farmhouse style table and wanted industrial looking chairs. They look good but they are short and uncomfortable. I would say these would be best for maybe a children's table, but not for adults. They also smelled absolutely terrible out of the box!
